1. Use of the Website

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these terms. The content provided on ScoreHealth is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website complies with local laws and regulations.

2. Use of ScoreHealth.Ai Software

ScoreHealth software, including ScoreLIS and ScoreEMR, are designed to support regulated healthcare workflows. Access to the software is governed by a separate Service Agreement. Users must maintain secure credentials and are prohibited from attempting to bypass system security or data handling protocols.

3. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

ScoreHealth is a software provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The intelligent features of our platform are designed to reduce manual work and surface operational issues. They do not replace clinical judgment. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals.

4. Customer Responsibility for Decisions

Customers and authorized users are solely responsible for all clinical, billing, and compliance decisions made through the use of ScoreHealth. While our platform is HIPAA-conscious, compliance outcomes depend on each customer's specific configuration, workflows, and signed Business Associate Agreements.

7. Account Access and Authorized Users

Access to the software ecosystem is limited to authorized users as defined in your service agreement. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activities that occur under their account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for our cloud-based LIS and EMR platforms. However, service may be occasionally unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.
